Barbara began collecting miniature furniture in the 1990s, while she was employed as a psychiatric nurse in Atlanta, Georgia. Meet Manfred S. Rothstein. He is in the Guiness Book of World Records for having the worlds largest collection of backscratchers. At the time of his gaining his title this dermatologist from North Caroline had 671 backscratchers from 71 countries. Manfred says he began collecting backscratches in the 1970’s.
